The Realty Center's Marketing Manager has the support of one of the most successful digital marketing companies in the United States. In some cases, we will market your property through the typical local MLS which will be picked up by the national data bases. However, typically, we market to the Investor Community. Most sales are closed in-house with minimal, if any disruption to your tenants. The Realty Center is also very active in the Social Media arena. We are members of many investor related groups, platforms and associations. We offer both in person and virtual tours, and traditional open houses. As we prepare to close, our title and closing team will manage all pro-rating. We will also support a 1031 Exchange. Our fee at The Realty Center is based upon the level of service you choose.

For Agents: We are hiring agents in East Texas

When you work with The Realty Center you will work completely remotely. Your "floor time" will be via cell phone, there is no desk fee or transaction fee at this time. Your commission split is negotiable and will be above average. You will be a big part of the establishment of our processes and successes. We have established relationships with a lender and a title company. Our initial focus is on the multi-family investor. Our focus starts in Nacogdoches to take advantage of the SFA student housing market. We also maintain a presence in the Dallas and Houston Markets. Reach out today to discuss this opportunity. The Realty Center has been established to support all investor buyers. The first step is to schedule a call to discuss your investment strategies and goals. It doesn’t matter if this is your first door, or if you are up to several hundred doors. We will create a property plan to support these goals. After we identify an opportunity that works for you, we, at The Realty Center, will work with the seller, lender, insurance company, inspectors, the title Company and the closing team to assure a smooth transaction.
